Jacobson, Director of Public Safety <br />CITY MANAGER'S APPROVAL: ,� <br />No comments to supplement this re ortse':� Comments attached <br />Recommendation: <br />Approval of the Criminal Justice System Services Agreement between Dakota County and the <br />City of New Brighton for EBriefs services. <br />Legislative History: <br />N/A <br />.Financial Impact: <br />None for 2009 and 2010 <br />Explanation: <br />Ob <br />The Ramsey County Sheriff's Department has adopted the Dakota County information sharing <br />system called EBriefs. EBriefs is a secure, web based tool to share information on ongoing <br />investigations, warrant, prisoner, arrest, and roll call information. All suburban law <br />enforcement Agencies in Ramsey County will be participating in this system. The Ramsey <br />County Sheriff's Department will cover all costs for this service for 2009 and 2010. Costs will <br />be evaluated for 2011 to determine future participation. <br />Robert J.
