ATTACH M ENT. B <br />MAINTENANCE ANQ SUPPORT SERVICES <br />CJIIN shall maintain all CJIIN applications including related hardware and software hosted by <br />Dakota County. <br />Support shall include: <br />1. Unlimited phone support, facsimile and email, including the use of the <br />"CJIINSUPPORT" email system available to all users during regular business hours. <br />2. Regular business hours will be 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m., Monday — Friday. <br />3. 24x7x365 after hours support for major system failures will be available by <br />contacting the Dakota County Help Desk emergency phone procedures. <br />4. CJIIN application staff shall support a 240 phone to respond to any and all <br />emergencies. <br />5. All applications will include the ability to email "CJIIN SUPPORT" at anytime. This <br />email account will be monitored during regular business hours. <br />6. CJIIN staff will attend user group meetings that will be held at least annually, but <br />not more than quarterly, to solicit user feedback on system improvements. <br />Page 16 of 20 <br />
