S1 <br />ORDINANCE NO.783 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY CODE RELATED TO <br />STORAGE CONTAINERS <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS that the New <br />ton Code of Ordinances is amended by adding new paragraph 8 to City Code <br />)n 17-2, as follows: <br />PODS, Inter Modal Cargo Containers. Any storage container placed on a property outside <br />an enclosed building for longer than 14 consecutive days. Storage containers, include but are <br />t limited to intermodal cargo containers, Portable On Demand Storage (PODS) or similar types <br />equipment intended for temporary or long-term storage, but do not include lawful accessory <br />Mer Acts. All other acts, omissions of acts, occupations, and uses of property which are <br />aed by the Health Officer to be a menace to the health of the inhabitants of the City or a <br />iderable number thereof.
