ORDINANCE NO.7$3 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY <br />CODE RELATED TO <br />STORAGE CONTAINERS <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS that the <br />New Brighton Code of oWinallcee is, <br />amended by adding new paragraph 8 to <br />City Code Section 17.2, as follows: <br />(8) PODS, Inter Modal Carpo <br />Containers. Any storage container <br />placed on a property outside of an <br />enclosed building for longer than 14 <br />consecutive days. Storage containers, <br />include but are not limited to intermodal <br />cargo containers, Portable On Demand <br />Storage (PODS) or similar types of <br />equipment Intended for temporary or <br />long-term storage, but do not Include <br />lawful accessory buildings. <br />(9) Other Acts. All other acts, <br />omissions of acts, occupations, and <br />uses of property which are deemed by <br />the Health Officer to be a menace to the <br />health of the lr*o* nts of the City or e <br />considerable number thereof.
