ORDINANCE NO.782 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY CODE RELATED TO <br />DUMPSTERS <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS that the New <br />.ton Code of Ordinances is amended by adding new section 7-81 as follows: <br />P dumpster used for construction or demolition activities may be located within the City without <br />Permit. Dumpsters that are located in commercial or industrial zoning districts and are used in <br />njunction with a legal commercial business are exempt from this section. A permit shall be <br />tnted for a period of 60 calendar days. The permit holder may request in writing to extend the <br />rmit for an additional 60 calendar days. All dumpsters covered under this section, shall comply <br />th the following requirements: 1) be located on a driveway or other approved hard surface, and <br />be promptly removed once full. Upon issuance of a permit, no more than one dumpster at a <br />ie may be kept on a property.
