NO-782 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />AN AMENDMENT TO THE -CITY <br />CODE RELATED TO <br />DUMPSTERS <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS that the <br />New tarlghtort Code of Ordinances is <br />amended by adding new section 7-81 <br />as follows: <br />I%%�I�Illlpll� <br />NO dw9ster used for construction or <br />demolition activities may be located <br />within the City without a permit. <br />Dumpsters that are located in <br />commercial or Industrial zoning districts <br />and are used in conjunction with a legal <br />oommerdal business are exempt from <br />this section.
