Administrative activities, including Council chambers are located
at 803 Old Highway 8 NW; recreational and educational services are centered at the
building located at 400 10th Street NW; and finally, all public safety related services are
centered at 785 Old Highway 8 NW. These three sites exist in the downtown area of the
Old Highway 8 corridor, which is considered a renewal area.
By their very nature, the functions of the three buildings have city-wide effect.
Consequently, it is important that appropriate signage for the three sites guide residents
and others utilizing City services.
