The following additional requirements apply to the Civic Campus Comprehensive Sign <br />Plan: <br />• Any request for an electronic/dynamic sign shall require an additional Special <br />Use Permit review by the Planning Commission and City Council. Up to one <br />sign per site may have dynamic capabilities. <br />• If any site or building is sold or becomes privatized, then this sign plan shall <br />be reviewed and amended as appropriate. <br />• The City Planner shall review all proposed signs for consistency with the <br />character of the signs already constructed within the Civic Campus. <br />• Sign permits must be obtained from the City Planner prior to construction of <br />any new signs within the Civic Campus. <br />• Sign permits must include proposed location, graphic content, size, materials, <br />etc. for review of compliance with the Civic Campus Comprehensive Sign <br />Plan <br />• Except for specific requirements and standards listed in the Civic Campus <br />Comprehensive Sign Plan, the regulations found in Section 9-040, General <br />Provisions Applicable to All Districts, shall apply and be made a part of the <br />Civic Campus Comprehensive Sign Plan. <br />• <br />0 <br />
