RESOLUTION NO. 09-046 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS, AND SETTING DATE FOR ASSESSMENT HEARING ON <br />PROJECT 08-1, INNSBRUCK NORTH AREA STREET REHABILITAION <br />WHEREAS, Public Improvement Project 08-1, Innsbruck North Area Street Rehabilitation, was ordered <br />by the City Council of the City of New Brighton at a Public Improvement Hearing, noticed, and held as required <br />by law; <br />that: <br />WHEREAS, the total final project cost is $882,878.18. <br />WHEREAS, said improvement project is now completed so that the cost thereof can be special assessed. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota <br />The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $156,850.89. <br />2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith calculate the proper <br />amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, place, or parcel <br />of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law and shall <br />file a copy of such proposed assessments in his office for public inspection. <br />3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof. <br />4. That a public hearing on the proposed assessment be set for September 22, 2009, at 6:30 p.m. in <br />the City of New Brighton City Council Chambers at 803 Old Highway 8 NW, New Brighton, <br />Minnesota. <br />5.
