' <br />" ~--{ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-098 <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION RATES AND OTHER <br />BENEFITS <br />FOR NON-UNION PERSONNEL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the compensation rates for the Pay Plan for non-union personnel must be <br />set annually by Council resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the compensation rates have been reviewed and are attached to this <br />resolution as Attachment A, Attachment B, and Attachment C; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is also proposed that the City will continue to make a contribution <br />towards the cost of employee health insurance; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> <br />1 . The 2002 compensation rates shaH be specified in Attachments A, B, and C. <br />2. The City's cafeteria plan contribution for single health coverage will be $305 <br />per month and $500 per month for family coverage. <br />3. Full-time exempt employees are eligible for performance pay up to 5% oftheir <br />annual salary in recognition of excellent performance. <br />4.
