New Brighton 2002 Proposed Fee Register Description Base Other BUILDING FEES: The Building Fees are based on a combination of the schedules from the 1988/94 State Building Codes. The City's fees are approximately 10% below the schedule from the 1994 State Building Code. The current building fees were adopted by the City in January, 1995.
