<br />, I <br />I" <br />'-I <br /> <br />.. <br />'.., <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 01-093 <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />. RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PL 01- <br />06. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application for a Minor Subdivision has been made by Bryan Jamison to split a lot <br />at 1201 ih Street NW; and Per Chapter 26 - Subdivisions ofthe New Brighton Ordinance, <br />lot splits resulting in two or less lots are required to have a public hearing in front of the <br />City Council, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br /> <br />I. An application for a minor subdivision was filed with the City of New Brighton on <br />November 2,2001; <br />2. Thirty-eight (38) letters were sent to the surrounding property owners within 350 <br />feet of the subject properties notifying them of the proposed split and public <br />hearing; <br />3. Notice of Public Hearing was published in the New Brighton Bulletin. <br />4. The City Council held a Public Hearing and considered the proposal at its <br />November 27,2001 meeting; and <br /> <br />Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council makes the following Findings of Fact in <br />: respect to PL 01-06 <br /> <br />1. The subject site is zoned R-I, Single Family Residential. <br />2. The resulting lot split will add an additional residential lot in the City. <br />3. The resulting split will not create any non-conformities with the Zoning Code. <br />4. As specified in Section 26-31(5) of the New Brighton City Code, the City Council <br />held a Public Hearing <br />5.
