'. ~J, <br /> <br />'.. <br /> <br />"" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-081 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PAYMENT OF STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT COSTS <br />ON PROJECT 00-1, STREET RECONSTRUCTION, FROM THE STORM WATER <br />UTILITY FUND. <br /> <br />WHEREAS storm sewer was constructed under Improvement Project 00-1, as part of the <br />storm water management plan, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS as storm sewer improvements were made under Improvement Project 00-1, <br />prior to the rehabilitation of the streets, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the final total cost of the storm sewer improvements should be paid from the <br />storm sewer utility fund, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton, <br />that the storm sewer improvements costs in the amount of $158,804.33, on Project 00-1, be <br />paid from the storm water utility fund. <br /> <br />Adopted this 9th day of October, 2001. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br />Karen Halley, City Clerk <br />(S EAL) <br /> <br /> <br />Steve Lar~on, Mayor <br /> <br />/I)-(~) ,.' <br /> <br />Matthew Fulton, City Manager <br />
