RESOLUTION NO. 09-056 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />;ESOLUTION ORDERING PAYMENT OF WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT <br />QTS ON PROJECT 08-1, INNSBRUCK NORTH AREA STREET REHABILITAION, <br />FROM THE WATER SYSTEM REPLACEMENT FUND. <br />WHEREAS as water utility improvements were made under Improvement Project <br />09-1, prior to the rehabilitation of the streets, and <br />WHEREAS the final total cost of the water utility improvements should be paid <br />from the water utility fund, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton that the water system improvement costs in the amount of $157,855.39, on <br />Project 08-1 be paid from the water system replacement fund. <br />Adopted this 22nd day of September, 2009. <br />ATTEST: <br />Daniel Maiers, Director of Finance and <br />Support Services <br />(SEAL) <br />
