RESOLUTION NO. 09-057 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />:SOLUTION ORDERING PAYMENT OF SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />iTS ON PROJECT 08-1, INNSBRUCK NORTH AREA STREET REHABILITAION, <br />FROM THE SANITARY SEWER UTILITY FUND. <br />WHEREAS as sanitary sewer utility improvements were made under <br />Improvement Project 08-1, prior to the rehabilitation of the streets, and <br />WHEREAS the final total cost of the sanitary sewer utility improvements should <br />be paid from the sanitary sewer utility fund, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton, that the sanitary sewer utility improvement costs in the amount of $21,076.90, <br />on Project 08-1 be paid from the sanitary sewer utility fund. <br />Adopted this 22nd day of September, 2009. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dadiel Maier; Director of Finance and awn Jo on, <br />SiTi,i6rt Services Assistant the City Manager <br />_(SEAL) <br />
