RESOLUTION NO. 09-059 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PAYMENT OF THE PAVING OF THE PUBLIC <br />SAFETY IMPOUND LOT ON PROJECT 08-1, INNSBRUCK NORTH AREA <br />STREET REHABILITAION, FROM THE CONTRACT MAINTENANCE FUND <br />AND THE PUBLIC SAFETY POLICE FORTITURE FUND <br />WHEREAS as the Public Safety Impound Lot located ant the City Maintenance <br />Facility was paved under Improvement Project 08-1, and <br />WHEREAS the total cost of the impound lot paving is $20,181.57, and <br />WHEREAS the total cost of the impound lot paving shall be should be divided <br />equally between Public Works Fund 422, Contract Maintenance and Public Safety Fund <br />413 Police Forfeiture fund, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton, that the paving of the impound lot costs in the amount of $20,181.57 on Project <br />08-1 be paid as follows; <br />$10,090.78 from Fund 422 Contract Maintenance <br />$10,090.79 from Fund 413 Police Forfeiture <br />Adopted this 22nd day of September, 2009. <br />ATTEST: <br />AA-- <br />Daniell-Mpiers, Director o inance and <br />Support Servs <br />(SEAQ.) <br />
