The resolution is contained in the attached <br /> Feasibility Report. <br /> Legislative History: Silver Lane has been identified by City staff as needing replacement in 2010 based on its <br /> age and pavement condition. Silver Lane is a border street with the City of St. Anthony and will be reconstructed <br /> as a joint project. On August 25,2009,the Council ordered a Feasibility Report be prepared. <br /> On Thursday, October 29,2009, an informational meeting was held with residents to be affected by this proposed <br /> project. Residents present at the meeting were in favor of the project. Information about this meeting is included <br /> in the feasibility report. <br /> Financial Impact: New Brighton's portion of this project, if approved, would be funded from a combination of <br /> City of New Brighton general taxes, individual enterprise utility funds, Municipal State Aid Funds, and special <br /> assessments. <br /> Explanation: The purpose of this item is for Council to accept the Feasibility Report prepared by staff and order <br /> a Public Improvement Hearing for the proposed Project 10-3.
