RESOLUTION NO. <br />09-089 <br />City of New Brighton <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br />Resolution Adopting the Final Tax Levy for Taxes Payable in 2010 for Lake <br />Diane Storm Sewer Improvement Tax District <br />Whereas, stormwater improvements in the Lake Diane Storm Sewer Improvement <br />Tax District were requested by the affected property taxpayers, and <br />Whereas, there are ongoing lake restoration improvements to Lake Diane and the <br />improvements are to be paid from Lake Diane Storm Sewer Improvement Tax <br />District tax levies (75%) and Stormwater Fund contributions (25%), and <br />Whereas, the Lake Diane Storm Sewer Improvement Tax District was established in <br />1984, consisting of the 24 properties on Lake Diane, and <br />Whereas, the final 2010 Lake Diane Storm Sewer Improvement Tax District tax levy <br />has been agreed upon by the affected property owners to be $2,250, and <br />Now Therefore Be It Resolved that: the Lake Diane Storm Sewer Improvement Tax <br />District tax levy for taxes payable in 2010 shall be $2,250. <br />Adopted this December 8, 2009. <br />Stevp,_.L , Mayor <br />Daniel N.
