Recognition of Mayor Larson. <br />Nonetes <br />City Manager Lotter read the proclamation in its entirety, proclaiming December 17th as <br />"Steve Larson Day." <br />Special order of <br />1. Recognition of <br />Mayor Steve Larson <br />Motion by Councilmember Phillips, seconded by Councilmember Burg to approve the <br />proclamation as presented. <br />Mayor Larson stated it has been a pleasure serving the citizens of New Brighton. It was <br />reported four council meetings were missed during his 22 years of service. <br />5 Ayes, 0 Nays — Motion Carried <br />2. Recognition of Councilmember Doffing. <br />Mayor Larson read the proclamation I it's entirety proclaiming December 8, 2009 as "Sharon <br />Doffing Day." <br />2.
