RESOLUTION NO <br />09-075 <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT $100 DONATION FOR THE TREE PLANTED IN HANSEN <br />PARK IN MEMORY OF OSCAR RINGGOLD <br />, the City encourages donations to improve the aesthetics of our parks system; and <br />the Ringgold family expressed a desire for a memorial thee; and <br />the City recognizes that park aesthetics and the family memorial could be achieved by <br />planting a tree at Hansen Park; and <br />N01 , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton to hereby <br />ap ve the resolution accepting the $100 donation for the tree planting at Hansen Park in memory of <br />Ose ir Ringgold. <br />I_1 <br />this 24th day of November, 2009. <br />D'1 A.
