November 9, 2009 <br />Commission Liaison Reports, Announcement and Updates <br />City Manager Dean Lotter <br />Nothing to report. <br />Councilmember Gina Bauman <br />Councilmember Bauman reported the EDC will have an orientation meeting November 17, <br />2009 at 7:30 am. Gratitude was expressed to voters. <br />Councilmember David Phillips <br />Councilmember Phillips reported the Planning Commission will meet November 17, at <br />7:00 pm. It was reported Verne McPherson was recently appointed to the Planning <br />Commission. <br />Mayor Larson <br />Mayor Larson reported the Public Safety Commission was unable to meet for lack of a <br />quorum. <br />Councilmember Mary Bur <br />Councilmember Burg reported that the Parks, recreation & Environmental Commission <br />met and discussed the skate park.. The Cable Commission meeting was attended. <br />Councilmember Sharon Doffm <br />Councilmember Doffing will be in Owatanna discussing New Brighton being a "Heart <br />Safe Community."
