e. That the special use shall in all other respects conform to the applicable regulations of the <br />district in which it is located. <br />10. The Planning Commission and City Council found the Special Use Permit criteria of Section <br />8-130 are met due to the following: <br />a. The antennas are being mounted to an existing tower. <br />b. The antennas will be painted to match the tower and thus blend well with the <br />surroundings. <br />c. Ground equipment will maintain adequate setback and security. <br />d. The electrical transmission tower in question already contains telecommunications <br />equipment on the tower and at grade similar to what is proposed by Clearwire. <br />Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon the above Findings of Fact the application <br />for a Special Use Permit (SP2009-008) is hereby approved, subject to the following condition: <br />1.
