That the establishment of the special use will not impede the normal and orderly <br />development and improvement of the surrounding property for uses permitted in the <br />district. <br />Staff finds this criterion to be met. The entire area is fully developed and the antenna <br />installation should not impact the uses permitted in the area. <br />d. That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and/or necessary facilities have been or <br />are being provided. <br />Staff finds this criterion to be met. Clearwire will utilize the existing access driveway <br />to the site. <br />e. That the special use shall, in all other respects, conform to the applicable regulations <br />of the district in which it located. <br />Staff provided an analysis of compliance with all other aspects of the Zoning Code <br />within this report and thus finds this criterion to be met. <br />Staff finds all standards of Section 8-130 to be met. <br />In conclusion, staff finds all. special use standards of Section 4-600 (2) & (4) and Section 8-130 <br />to be met. The applicant notes a summer of 2010 installation for the antennas. Special use <br />permits are typically good for six months with additional six month extensions typically granted <br />if necessary.
