EXHIBIT A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the City Council (the "Council") of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 22, 1999 at 7:30 o'clock p.m., at the New Brighton City Hall, 803 - 5th Avenue NW, New Brighton, Minnesota, 55112, relating to the following matters: (a) modifications to the Development Program for Development District No. 1 to reflect increased project costs and increased bonding authority; (b) modifications to the Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. 1 - 20, 23, and 25 - 28 to reflect increased project costs and increased bonding authority within the Project Area; and, (c) establishment of proposed Tax Increment Financing District No. 29 and the approval and adoption of a proposed Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto, all pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 to 469.134 and 469.174 to 469.179, inclusive, as amended and supplemented from time to time. Copies of the documentation, including a complete legal description, relating to the above proposed actions will be on file and available for public inspection in the City Clerk's office. The properties proposed to be included in the Tax Increment Financing District are described below and set forth on the attached map: PINS: 29-30-23-44-003 29-30-23-44-0032 29-30-23-43-0007 29-30-23-43-0015 and generally located north and east of the Canadian Pacific railroad tracks, south of First Street NW, and west of Interstate 35W.
