<br />, <br />~ <br /> <br />f> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No.99 -032 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OFNEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY STUDY AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 99-3, HANSEN PARK AREA ALLEY <br />RECONSTRUCTION. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Council order, a report has been prepared by the Engineering <br />Department ofthe City of New Brighton with reference to the construction ofImprovement Project <br />99-3, Hansen Park Area Alley Reconstruction in 1999, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this feasibility report was received by the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton on April 13, 1999. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton: <br /> <br />1. That Council will consider the construction of the proposed Improvement 99-3, Hansen <br />Park Area Alley Reconstruction, in accordance with the report and the assessment of <br />contiguous or benefitting properties for all or a portion of the cost of the installation, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statute 429.011, law 1955, Chapter 393, as amended, at the <br />estimated cost of $148,600. <br /> <br />2.
