I . Incorporation of the recommendations made by the City's landscape consultant, noted in his <br />memo dated 3/9/2010. The revised plan shall be submitted to the City Planner for review in <br />conjunction with the building permit submittal. <br />2. Incorporation of any recommendations made in the Interoffice Memos from the City <br />Engineer, Public Safety and Parks & Recreation, which includes the following: <br />a. The right -out only curb cut is reconfigured to prevent left turns. <br />b. If the landowner is willing, a 7' trail/sidewalk easement adjacent to the western, <br />north/south property boundary should be dedicated. <br />c. A crosswalk is painted across the drive -aisle from the entrance at the northwest corner <br />of the restaurant to the parking located along the northern property boundary. <br />3. Drive-thru hours may begin at 5 AM. <br />4. Not all wall signs depicted on Sheets A2.0 and A2.1 will be permitted but rather all signs <br />shall comply with Zoning Code Section 9-080.
