Explanation: <br />aRamsey County WIC program has been an upstanding tenant for the Family Service Center for the last 15 <br />years. Per HIPAA laws and the Minnesota Department of Health, the Ramsey County WIC program <br />must change locations or expand their current location. Ramsey County WIC has definitely expressed <br />interest in staying at the Family Service Center. New Brighton and Ramsey County has researched <br />several different options for the WIC program to stay in the FSC. The option that works for both parties <br />is expanding WIC's current space. <br />0 <br />C] <br />Cost and Funding: <br />The City of New Brighton will realize $148,365 in revenue over a 15 year period for the base rent from <br />Ramsey County WIC program. Common area maintenance (phone, internet, utilities, garbage, cleaning, <br />inspections, etc.) will be realized on a quarterly basis. All expansion costs not to exceed $20,079 will be <br />up fronted by New Brighton and will be repaid by Ramsey County within the first six months of the lease. <br />ason T.
