Special Use Permit Questions <br />1. The proposed addition for the entry will not be detrimental to anyone. It is a private <br />residence in a residential area. It is not a business, nor is it used for public purposes. It Is <br />of a residential career. <br />2. We anticipate it will incresse the value of our property and will reflect <br />positively on other properties an the rneighbodnad. <br />3. It will not impede or impact my development or improvement of the surrounding <br />propany. <br />4. The only effret this addition would have on the property is that it would extent 6 feet <br />toward the street The elevation ofllre front yard would not change. Our property is fhu in <br />the front yard and ibis addition would not require any regradingof the property or <br />building of meaning walls. The entry if approved road built with one step up from ground <br />level, would help to insure propar dmirnage from fie bouse. <br />5. The addition is in aresidence in a residential district with residential qualities and will <br />meet all building regulations and codes established. The exterior materials will be similar <br />and compliment the existing structure. The roof will be prop awared appropriately to the <br />existing home. The addition will not exceed 35% of the existing home. <br />
