ORDINANCE NO. STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT RELATED TO THE EXPIRATION OF PRD At PUD APPROVALS THE CITY COUNCIL OF TRE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS that the New Brighton Code of Ordinance is amended as follows: Section I. City Zoning Code, Sec. 7-100(2) is amended as follows: (2) Inthe event that a project is to be built in stages, final plan approval may, be given only to that portion or stage of the plan under specific consideration.
