The lease agreement is a three year period, May 1, 2010 through April 30, 2013 that <br />automatically renews for an additional three year term unless proper notice is given. The lease will <br />. generate $2,801.50 annually. <br />Quarterly, Kathrine Daniels will pay 0.3% of all associated utility costs, garbage/refuse pick-up and <br />inspection fees. This rate is based upon the percentage of square footage leased in relation to the square <br />footage of the Family Service Center. <br />Explanation: <br />Kathrine Daniels is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is interested in leasing space at the <br />Family Service Center. Kathrine is also a member of the Family Service Center.
