Moorhouse <br />Project Partner <br />As a Project Partner for Dominium, <br />Mr. Mrorhouse is responsible for <br />locating and closing new <br />development; redevelopment and <br />acquisition opportunities. These <br />resporeibilities Include underwriting <br />new projects, negotiating with <br />lenders, investors and third party <br />vendors, as well as working with <br />outside legal counsel. <br />Since joining the firm, Mr. Moorhouse has worked on the acquisition of <br />several portfolios, new project development, and the acquisition of several <br />existing apartment projects. Mr. Moorhome has also played an integral role <br />in the financing of over $14g000,O o of apartments and has helped mise m <br />excess of 540,000,000 m equity. <br />Mr. Moorhouse joined DOMuium in 1996 after receiving his undergraduate <br />degree from Sc Cloud State University. Since that time, W. Morehouse has <br />also earned an MBA from S1. Cloud State University. <br />Before joining Dominium, Mr. MOorhouse worked as a financial analyst for <br />a large Midwest investment real estate company and as a market analyst for <br />a Minneapolis commercial out estate company. <br />
