<br />year-to-date basis.
<br />The chart below shows permit revenue by the type of connotation. As you can see,
<br />commercial construction and single family residential construction comprise the largest share
<br />of peen[revenue. Generally, commercial activity has been responsible for the largest porton
<br />of revenue, however Bat trend changed in 2009. Early indications suggest that residential
<br />activity will again eclipse commercial activity in 2010.

<br />Town Hall Meeting
<br />"Ile City's 33" wrong Town Hall Meeting will be held on Saturday, May 22ns a the Family
<br />Service Center. The event will start at 8:30 a.m. and run mail 12:00 p.m. The program will
<br />include presentations on Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) and the Northwest Quadrant. In addifion,
<br />the City and other community groups will have booth exhibils focused on variety of topics. We
<br />hope to see you Nere.
<br />TCAAP Update
<br />On April 20a the City of Arden Bills held an tional meering on the status of the Twin
<br />City Army Ammwifimn Plaut(TCAAP). Acopyofthestaffpresentationisattached. The
<br />presentation included a historical overview of the project and the City's current efforts to
<br />redevelop tiro site.
