They started only this year so that <br />they can work on having a balanced budget. Almost every area they are looking at <br />is in the red. They do not want to have double digit tax increases. They am <br />working diligently on ideas. It is tough It impacts services. We are looking at <br />ways to rmrgeoiu. Thee are real impacts to everything we do. Cowell had a <br />unrest with City staff and than a day on there own for team building. Personnel is <br />the biggest pan of our budge[ Also had an excellent speaker come and speak on <br />the Bmeald Ash Borer. The Neighlwrbood meeting have staged. Burg felt that the Emerald Ash Bum <br />issue was a goad reason to keep the meetings televised so residents could be <br />updated. Bug stated she would advocate for that. <br />
