<br />RESOLUTION NO. 05-080 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PAYMENT OF STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />COSTS ON PROJECT 04-1, STREET RECONSTRUCTION, FROM THE <br />STORM WATER UTILITY FUND. <br /> <br />WHEREAS storm sewer was constructed under Improvement Project 04-1, as <br />part of the storm water management plan, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS as storm sewer improvements were made under Improvement Project <br />04-1, prior to the rehabilitation of the streets, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the final total cost of the storm sewer improvements should be paid <br />from the storm sewer utility fund, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton, that the storm sewer improvement costs in the amount of$37,270.36 on Project <br />04-1 be paid from the storm water utility fund. <br /> <br />Adopted this 27th day of September, 2005. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~\ {UJ\{)V\ <br />Steve . arson, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />~t~F;2~~City Manager <br /> <br />4Z;fucf/( )fia-C { ;L <br />Daniel Maiers, Director of Finance and <br />Support services <br />(SEAL) <br />
