Consideration of a Term Sheet for the Purchase of 1400 Old Highway 8 <br />NW (Midwest Asphalt). Report No. 191 <br />PULLED FROM AGENDA <br /> <br />4. Consideration of Proposal for Traffic Study Related to Northwest <br />Quadrant Redevelopment Project. Report No. 192. <br /> <br />David Black-Assistant Director of Community Development stated that the City <br />sought two proposals for traffic study; it is the recommendation of staff that <br />Meyer, Mohaddes Associates be awarded the contract for the study, not to exceed <br />$24,000.00. <br /> <br />Council Member Doffing questioned the approximate time line. Mr. Black predicted <br />about 8 weeks. <br /> <br /> <br />lotion by Connci) Member Hoffman, seconded by Conncil Member Doffing to <br />authorize staff to retain Meyer, Mohaddes Associates to complete a traffic study <br />related to the Northwest Quadrant redevelopment project, at a cost not to exceed <br />$24,000.00. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Commission Liaison Reports.
