•Fangs would total 1,056 SF, per Zoning Code Section 4-530 a SpmW Use Permit is required because <br />the size will excced 624 SF. This sane section of the code permits a single accessory building of 1,064 <br />SF and at 1,056 SF the applicant will not exceed Ws size. Lastly, there is an existing shed on the <br />property that would be removed and Here are no other detached buildings on the property. <br />Staff provided a written analysis of the special use criteria of Zoning Code Secfinn 4-530 and 9-130 <br />within the written Planning Repon and the supplemental memo to the Planning Commission dated July <br />14, 2010.
