The proposed uses have been found to meet the above criteria; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTIIER RESOLVED, the application VN 01-04, SP 01-08, AND LP 01-08 is hereby recommended <br />for approval subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Applicant shall work with consulting Architect and City Staff to explore and develop alternatives <br />to soften the effects of the exterior tip-up panel walls and report back to Planning Commission at <br />the July 17,2001 meeting. <br />2. Proof of Parking Agreement filed with the City for 28 parking spaces. The approved Site Plan <br />shall illustrate these spaces and must conform to all Code requirements for parking. <br />3. The parking stalls in the Proof of Parking area shall be constructed if the present agreement with <br />Long Lake Community Church dissolves and if City Staff determines additional parking on site is <br />I ' needed. <br />4. Perimeter curbing must be installed around all off-street parking area. <br />., 5. Approval by Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />I: 6.
