<br />Medicine Lake, MN—City Engineer. Responsible for day-to-day City Engineer duties and
<br />reporting directly to City Council and Mayor involving engineering or public works related
<br />matters. Projects included reviewing a proposed land purchase for cell tower construction
<br />within a potential "Brownfield" (VIC) site requiring Phase I and Phase H ESA review,
<br />Medicine Lake TMDL guidance, and providing a rehabilitation schedule for a segment of
<br />sanitary sewer line.

<br />included Isanti, St. Paul Parr Spring Park, Mound, Cottonwood, and Medicine Lake, MN)
<br />Verified plans adhered to city code and applicable regulatory industry standards (including
<br />watershed and state agencies) regarding proper building and parking site location, roadway
<br />design and alignment, trails and sidewalk accessibility, community connectivity, site grading,
<br />utilities, erosion control, floodplain, wetland, and stormwater protection during construction
<br />and post -construction. Provided comments sent directly to developer's engineer for review
<br />and correction. Additional duties include creating and updating City Engineering Standards
<br />sent to developers before plans were submitted for review and approval.
<br />Banner Engineering—Plymouth, MN. Project Manager responsible for providing grading,
<br />drainage, NPDES permitting, parking lot and roadway design, utility design, specifications
<br />and construction management for a building expansion project. Proposed development was
<br />able to overcome poor drainage conditions and provided proper wetland protection. The site
<br />also incorporated low impact development techniques including filtration basins, sheet flow
<br />spreaders via curb cuts and constructed wetlands. Duties also included obtaining the
<br />engineering and construction contracts and management of the contracts including billing and
<br />invoicing.
<br />AUARIEAW/EIS (NEPA) Report Submittals. Drafted and submitted report responses,
<br />calculations, and associated revisions for projects requiring an environmental assessment
<br />including: water quality, land use and cover types, erosion and sedimentation, plan and land
<br />use regulation compatibility, geologic hazards, soil types and wastes. Examples included:
