<br />, I <br />I <br /> <br />'. <! <br /> <br />:t <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 01-049 <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PL 01-03. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application for a Minor Subdivision has been made by Diane Poshek to split her lot at <br />751 6lh Avenue NW; and <br />Per Chapter 26 - Subdivisions of the New Brighton Ordinance, lot splits resulting in two or less <br />lots are required to have a public hearing in front of the City Council, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history ofthe application is as follows: <br /> <br />1. An application for a minor subdivision was filed with the City of New Brighton on May] 8, <br />2001; <br />2. Thirty~six (36) letters were sent to the surrounding property owners within 350 feet ofthe <br />subject properties notifying them of the proposed split and public hearing; <br />3. Notice of Public Hearing was published in the New Brighton Bulletin on May 28,200]; <br />4. The City Council held a Public Hearing and considered the proposal at its June 12,2001 <br />meeting; and <br /> <br />NoW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect <br />to PL 01~03: <br /> <br />1. The subject site is zoned R~ lA, Single Family Residential. <br />2. The resulting lot split will add an additional residential lot in the City. <br />3. The resulting split will not create any non-conformities with the Zoning Code. <br />4. As specified in Section 26-31(5) ofthe New Brighton City Code, the City Council held a <br />Public Hearing <br />5. The site is proposed to be divided into to parcels: Parcell will be 12,195 square feet and <br />Parcel 2 will be 5,048 square feet; and, <br />6. The proposed legal descriptions are as follows: <br /> <br /> Proposed Legal Descriptions: <br />Parcel 1 Lots 22 & 23 and the south 19.00 feet of lot 24, all in <br />Existing home at Block 3, First Addition to New Brighton, City of New <br />Brighton, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />751 6lh Avenue NW <br /> The south 20.00 feet of Lot 25 andthe north 21.00 feet of <br />Parcel 2 Lot 24, all in Block 3, First Addition to New Brighton" <br /> City of New Brighton, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />: I 1:ISHAREDICQUNCILIRe.olulions\2001IComm.
