Stuart <br />PublicHeanna <br />will pay $200,000 at closing and then carry the balance ($1,050,000) as a partial forgivable/ <br />None <br />deferred loan. Starting in 2013, the City will forgive 10% ($55,000) per year for 10 years. At the <br />Council Business <br />end of 10 years, the City will have forgiven $550,000, at which time the redeveloper will start <br />t.
