<br />1";: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />,~ <br /> <br />REsOLUTION No. 01-042 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />., RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 01-1, STREET <br />RECONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement in the New Brighton Bulletin and in the Construction <br />Bulletin, bids for the above mentioned improvements were received, opened, and read aloud by the City <br />Administration at 9:00 a.m., May 2,2001, complying with the advertisement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the lowest bidder meeting bid specifications was found to be Midwest Asphalt, Corp. <br />with a bid of$I,217,319.50. <br /> <br />NoW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of New Brighton: <br /> <br />1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with Midwest Asphalt, Corp. in the name of the City of New Brighton for <br />Improvement Project 01-1 ,Street Reconstruction; and <br /> <br />2.
