'NEV COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS BRIGHTON THEC ITY OF NEW BRIGHTON the city that works for you Pursuant to notice thereof, a regular meeting of the New Brighton City Council was held Tuesday October 12, 2010 at 6:30 pm in the New Brighton Council Chambers. Present: Mayor Jacobsen, Councilmembers Bauman, Burg, Phillips and Samuelson Absent: None Also Present: Dean Lotter -City Manager, Grant Fernelius-Director of Community Development, Joe Hatch -Code Enforcement Officer ,Grant Wyffels-Director of Public Works, Bob Jacobson -Director of Public Safety, Dan Olson -Deputy Director of Public Safety, Tony Paetznick-Deputy Director of Public Safety, Trevor Hamdorf-Police Officer, Charlie LeFevere-City Attorney, Katie Bruno -Office Assistant. Public Comment Forum -held prior to the Council Meeting Each Speaker is limited to two minutes of comment. Council Ap-enda Approval of October 14, 2010 Council Agenda. The following changes were made to the agenda • Consent Agenda Item No. 8 be moved to council business. • Consent Agenda Item No.]] be moved to council business. • Consent Agenda Item No. 12 be tabled until the October 26, 2010 meeting. Motion by Councilmember Burg, seconded by Councilmember Bauman to approve the agenda as amended. 5 Ayes, 0 Nays -Motion Carried Mayor Jacobsen reported he, along with Councilmember Bauman, Councilmember Phillips and City Manager Lotter attended the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners meting where the Board approved New Brighton Family Service Center as the new location for the library. Council Minutes Approval of the Council minutes from the September 28, 2010 meeting. Motion by Councilmember Bauman, seconded by Councilmember Burg to approve the minutes from September 28, 2010 as presented.
