PLAN YOUR HOME IMPROVEMENTS TODAY <br />WITH LOAN PROGRAMS DESIGNED JUST FOR YOU. <br />V.10ODDURY HWIE 1IMPROVErIENT FUND <br />This installment loan is available to homeowners with a gross annual income at or below 80% of the <br />Area Median Income (AMI), adjusted by family size, as annually determined by the U.S. Department <br />of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). In 2010, a family of four can earn up to $64,400. <br />The maximum loan amount is $25,000 set at an annual fixed interest rate of 3%. The term cannot <br />exceed fifteen years. <br />Owner -occupied single-family homes, condominiums and town homes with an assessed value up to <br />$256,500 are eligible. <br />Eligible improvements include those that increase the value of the home or remedy a code <br />violation, address livability, health and safety, habitability, energy conservation or accessibility. <br />Condominiums and town homes will be eligible for interior improvements only. <br />lOODDURY GOES GREEN LOANS <br />This loan is available to homeowners with a gross annual income up to 115% of the Area Median <br />Income (AMI), adjusted by family size, as annually determined by the U. S. Department of Housing <br />and Urban Development (HUD), but not greater than $90,000. <br />The maximum loan amount is $5,000 set at an annual fixed interest rate of 3%.
