<br />., <br />r <br /> <br />; i <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 01-039 <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PL 01-01. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application for a Minor Subdivision has been made by Patricia Miller to sell the <br />southerly five feet (5) of her lot and the westerly four (4) feet of her lot at 1790 29th Avenue NW. <br />Per Chapter 26 - Subdivisions of the New Brighton Ordinance, lot splits resulting in two or less <br />lots are required to have a public hearing in front of the City Council, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br /> <br />1. An application for a minor subdivision was filed with the City of New Brighton on March <br />30,2001; <br />2. Fifty-two (52) letters of were sent to the surrounding properties within 350 feet of the <br />subject properties; <br />3. Notice of Public Hearing was published in the New Brighton Bulletin on April 10, 2001; <br />4. The City Council held a Public Hearing and considered the proposal at its April 24, 2001 <br />meeting; and <br /> <br />Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council makes the following Findings of Pact in respect <br />to PL 01-01: <br /> <br />1. The subject site is zoned R~l, Single Family Residential. <br />2. The resulting lot split will add to adjacent properties and will not create any new lots in the <br />City. <br />3. The resulting split will not create any non-conformities with the Zoning Code. <br />4. As specified in Section 26-31(5) ofthe New Brighton City Code, the City Council held a <br />Public Hearing <br />5.
