Jacobson, Director of Public Safety <br />CITY MANAGER'S APPROVAL: <br />No comments to supplement this reporter Comments attached <br />Recommendation: <br />To authorize the transfer of the off sale liquor license for 1311 Silver Lake Road, from <br />Clocktower Wine & Spirits Inc. to Assad Inc., dba Clocktower Liquor. <br />Explanation: <br />Clocktower Wine & Spirits Inc. is splitting with each partner taking over sole ownership of one <br />of their two stores. Assad Inc. will now solely operate Clocktower Liquor, 1311 Silver Lake <br />Road.
