Approval by Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />2. Approval by Ramsey County of ingress and egress to Silver Lake Road and County Road E. <br />3. Roof drains directed directly into pond and vain drains added on the midpoint of the <br />driveway serving County Road E. <br />4. Placement of two fire hydrants. Fire Department hook-ups and hydrant locations to be <br />approved by the Public Safety Officer. <br />5. A drainage and utility easement is granted to the City of New Brighton to service the water <br />main from County Road E. <br />6. Submittal of supportive "prairie grass" data for approval by City Staff. <br />7. Sewer and water hook-up plans are submitted and approved by Staff Engineers. <br />8. A lighting plan is submitted and approved by the City Staff. <br />9.
