<br />'" <br /> <br />'~ <br /> <br />",. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-035 <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution Authorizing the Closing of Construction Fund 436, BCP III Utilities <br /> <br />Whereas, the improvements associated with Construction Fund 436, BCP III, have been <br />completed; <br /> <br />Whereas, Construction Fund 436 should then be closed; <br /> <br />Whereas, the improvements accounted for in this Fund included the extension of County <br />Road E2, addition of both the Hypro and E-Z Mini Storage stonnwater ponds; and the <br />addition of lighting on 5th Avenue NW; <br /> <br />Whereas, the majority of the improvement costs were financed by Tax Increment District <br />#26 so it is proposed that the year-end interest transactions and any other residual items be <br />paid for by this TIF; <br /> <br />Whereas, it is also proposed that $162,000 in excess MSA revenues be transferred to <br />Revolving Construction Fund 422 to assist in paying for other eligible projects. <br /> <br />Now, therefore be it resolved that: <br /> <br />1. Construction Fund 436 be closed as of December 31, 2000 and that any residual year- <br />end interest transactions and any other residual items be paid for by TIP #26. <br />2. The excess of $162,000 in MSA revenues shall be transferred to Revolving <br />Construction Fund 422 to assist in paying for other eligible projects. <br />3.
