During these inspections City staff would be inspecting <br />the site to ensure compliance with the approved plans that were submitted and attached to the <br />planning report October 15th and September 16, 2010. (The following inspection criteria was <br />noted; pile heights, volumes of yard waste, noise, maintenance of berm, dust mitigation and odor <br />control.) <br />2 <br />
