WHEREAS, the City Council approved 2001 compensation rates for the Pay Plan for non-union personnel <br />with a resolution at their December 20, 2000 meeting; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council modified this resolution at its regular February 13,2001 meeting, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the need to modify the pay plan to add a new part-time position; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> <br />].
