RESOLUTION NO. 10-076 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY STUDY AND CALLING FOR <br />A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT 10-10, OLD HIGHWAY 8 NW SIDEWALK. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Council order, a Feasibility Report has been <br />prepared by the Engineering Department of the City of New Brighton with reference to <br />the construction of Improvement Project 10-10, Old Highway 8 NW Sidewalk, <br />WHEREAS, this Feasibility Report was received by the City Council of the City <br />of New Brighton on November 23, 2010. <br />NOW, THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />New Brighton: <br />That Council will consider the construction of a sidewalk along the east side of <br />Old Highway 8 between Highway 96 and I" Avenue NW; and continuing along <br />the east side of I" Avenue NW to 14`° Street NW, in accordance with the report, at <br />the estimated cost of $170,401. <br />That the public improvement hearing will be held on said proposed improvement <br />in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 6:30 p.m., January 25, 2011, and the Clerk <br />shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br />required by law. <br />Adopted this of 23rd day of November, 2010. <br />ATTEST: <br />Daniel X -Masers <br />Dir-ct4r of Finance atf -Support Services <br />`~(SEAL) <br />Dave JacolXen, Mayor <br />
